The Settlement at Craig Ranch:
Located in the heart of Craig Ranch, the Settlement features custom, semi custom homes and townhomes to create an exciting village type feeling. Located directly at the TPC Craig Ranch, the Settlement at Craig Ranch allows the residents to enjoy PGA TOUR golf in their backyard.
Architectually, the Settlement at Craig Ranch is unique, and unlike any other community in the area. Residents can choose from Stucco or Stone exteriors. Sorry! Brick is not allowed here in the Settlement. A few select builders have to go through an approval process for every single residence. Therefore, the theme of the Settlement is protected and thedifferent types of homes will complement each other, as well as the whole development.
The Villas
The Villas in the Estates at Craig Ranch:
Located in the very exclusive and gated Estate area at Craig Ranch, visitors can only access this area by passing by one of two manned guard houses. The Villas at Craig Ranch feature lake views on select lots and allow homebuyers to combine lots to accomodate custom homes in excess of 5,000 s.f.
